Who is

Ioannis Siderakis (Yiannis) grew up in a farming family dedicated to olive oil production. After a career in banking as a bank director and in commerce, he decided to focus on olive oil processing and has spent the last seven years committed to regenerative and organic cultivation. Throughout his journey, he has remained actively involved in olive farming.
