Our olive oil is produced from approximately 1,200 olive trees belonging to the Siderakis family, which flourish in the fertile lands of the Sitia province, a region globally renowned for the quality of its olive oil.

• Altitude: The olive trees are planted at various altitudes, from 250 to 500 meters, which contributes to the unique complexity of the aromas and flavor of our oil.
