Refund policy
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the last item of your order. The withdrawal period is extended over weekends and public holidays.

Returns After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of notification. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound shipping costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Exemptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened food products)
